There is so much said about scams today, and there are a lot of them. But there are also a lot of legitimate opportunities out there.

In addition to what has been mentioned in this article, I also always make sure there is some contact information. I prefer a phone #, but need at least an email address. If I go to a website and can’t even find out who owns it, or if there is no contact information, I leave.

I also check out any specific opportunities with the Better Business Bureau. If there have been any unresolved complaints in a 36 month period of time, they will have a record of that.

Just a few more things you can use to check out the legitimacy of home business opportunities.
